Our Mision
Mark Erle
Mark A. Erle, Ph.D. - Founder and CEO
Dr. Erle is the founder of the non-profit EverEco Land Works, Inc. The organization was born out of his strong desire to provide affordable, energy-efficient housing for mixed-income families and his fervent belief that sustainable communities can be built via low-impact development technologies. Mark brings to the organization his experiences in home building with Habitat for Humanity, multiple non-profit leadership roles, and organizational development, as well as his passion for serving the community. Mark has a long history of service to others. Currently, he is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Habitat Lehigh Valley. Additionally, Mark serves as vice president of the Lower Macungie Youth Association and president of the South Lehigh Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. He is also active in both the Emmaus Rotary Club, serving on their Public Relations Committee, and Zion’s Lutheran Church. Mark holds a doctorate degree in computer engineering, and has close to 20 years of experience in the microprocessor design field. He is married and has three daughters.
Chad J. Stuckey - Chairman of the Board and Marketing Director
Mr. Stuckey heads up the marketing effort for EverEco Landworks, Inc. He brings to the organization his many years of marketing and project management experience, as well as his passion for architectural design. Chad's background includes roles at Internet companies and marketing consultancies, as well as extensive promotional experience within the chemical industry. Chad is a seasoned entrepreneur, having started a business in Asia and founding an interactive media company. He lives in the Lehigh Valley, PA area with his wife and three daughters.
Todd R. Lutte - Secretary of the Board and Sustainable Community Director
Mr. Lutte brings his strong environmental expertise to the organization with a background in Environmental Planning through administration of the National Environmental Policy Act and 13 years of field experience for the Environmental Protection Agency. Through his current career, Todd works closely with builders, planners, engineers, environmental consultants, land-owners, and Federal, State and local governments to administer compliance through sound environmental practices. Todd offers to the organization his experiences in environmental planning, knowledge of environmental regulations, and building sustainable communities through education. In addition, Todd teaches wetland delineation to Federal, State and County regulators. Presently, he practices administrative law enforcement of the Clean Water Act. Todd has a long history of service to others. Currently, he provides inner-city youth with environmental educational opportunities and teaches entomology lab at Cabrini College. Todd is an active member of a local watershed group and is a major exhibitor of a native plant exhibit at the Philadelphia Flower Show. Todd holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Biology, and he is married and has two daughters.

Christopher J. Bennick, Ed.D. - Strategic Planning Director
Dr. Bennick is the CEO of the local Habitat for Humanity in the Lehigh Valley. Chris holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University of Sarasota. His research involved studying leadership traits for high performance and capacity building amongst Habitat affiliates along the East Coast. Chris also received Executive Education in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School. His philanthropic leadership earned him recognition as a 2007 Lehigh Valley Mover and Shaper. He received an Affordable Housing Program Award from the Federal Home Loan Bank for his ability to form sustainable community partnerships and collaborations resulting in enhanced community life and the realization of homeownership dreams for hard-working families. In 2009, Chris was selected to receive a special Commonwealth award for his visionary leadership in smart growth and community development. He also helps plan local and national training conferences, has provided consultative services for nonprofits both nationally and internationally, and he has coordinated construction teams for rebuilding Gulf Coast regions after Katrina. For three consecutive years, Chris has achieved national recognition by Charity Navigator, ranking Habitat Lehigh Valley in the top ten percent of all nonprofits in the United States for sound fiscal management.

Chris F. McGrath - Program Management Director

Mr. McGrath is the founder and general manager of PlanBEnergy LLC. The group provides services and products that educate and enable residential, municipal, commercial and non-profit customers in the emerging field of energy efficiency and alternative/renewable energy products. PBE's founding objectives are to focus on underserved local markets in the Lehigh Valley, aggregating available programs, products and options into a less complex systemic approach that will enable a holistic approach to delivering a more efficient energy consumption model for their clients. To do this, the group will also use its extensive background in high tech product development to help introduce a variety of innovative solutions such as solid state lighting and emerging thin film photovoltaic arrays. Chris's professional background centers around marketing and product development of high tech products utilized in the semiconductor and optical communication industries. He is a skilled problem solver and has a proven ability to direct complex international product teams and delivering superior customer satisfaction. A strong desire to develop community focused programs has driven Chris' involvement over the past eight years in directing Lower Macungie Youth Association's soccer programs, coaching his three daughters and also being a member of the organization's Board of Directors. He is also a Founding Member of Lower Macungie Township's Environmental Advisory Council and President of the University of Delaware Lehigh Valley Alumni chapter.
